Path Of Exile: Five Builds Suitable For Sanctum League Start

With the release of Path of Exile The Forbidden Sanctum, more and more players can't wait to try out the new content of the Sanctum League. Of course, if you have a good build, then you can better complete the game content. So in this article, I'm going to recommend a few builds for novice players and players looking for reliable league starters.

1. Cold Damage Over Time

This build utilizes a variety of different cold skills to apply a constant cold damage effects to knock your enemies down. With this build, you can run around dropping areas with damaging cold. This build is a solid bossing build, but the map clearing isn't top end, though it's still respectable. Since this build is a damage over time build, the DPS uptime is pretty much constant, which makes bossing very comfortable. There are mutiple variants of this build, such as Elementalist, Trickster, and Occultist. Elementalist has good clearing and max damage. Trickster is more defensively focused. And Occultist easily gets explosions to boost empty.

2. Explosive Arrow

This build is a totem build with great DPS, an easy gear curve, and massive damage. Because this build is a totem build, it's perfect for players who find the boss mechanics difficult as it acts like a minion that deals damage. And you don't have to keep aiming at the boss. The thing you only need to do is just dropping the totem and dodging. This build is excellent for both trade and SSF, the main weapon of this build is a multimodal weapon that uses a base you can farm Porcupine and is crafted with Essences. This version of the damage has two delays, one for the time the totems wait to "arm" itself, and one for the delay before the arrows explode.

3. Poisonous Concoction

Poisonous Concoction is a sill that throws poisonous vials, causing overlapping explosions that build up poison very quickly. This is a build that requires very little gear to get started and you can't use weapons at all as part of the skill. As this build scales its damage from your life flask, a physical version of this build can go live pretty quickly to clear the campaign very easily. This build uses the Plague Bearer to clear quickly when zooming the map. There are two common variants of this build, which are the Pathfinder and the Occultist versions. This build might struggle with a single target late game, but as long as you're comfortable with the boss mechanics, it can get you to 4 Watchstones pretty fast.

4. Seismic Trap

Seismic Trap is a build that utilizes two skills, one for clearing exsanguinate traps and one for dealing damage to a single target like Seismic Trap. The build is a trap build, so that means you'll be throwing traps that detonate themselves to target surrounding enemies. For the purposes of this part of the index, we'll mainly only include the poison variant of this build. Because it's the version best suited for league starts. But you should know that it could transition to a crit based version with some investment. This build is good at single target damage and has decent clear. However, you might have a hard time countering moving bosses with it.

5. Righteous Fire

Righteous Fire

Righteous Fire is a build where you are surrounded by a damaging fire aura, and you can clear the map by first rushing at enemies and letting them die from the continuous damage effect around you. This is a great build for those looking to press fewer buttons while mapping. This building is very defensive, and the investment scales make it one of the most tankiest builds in the game. This build can struggle for damage when it comes to late game bosses.

If you want to make good builds then Divine Orbs would be a good choice. It can bring better properties and synergies to your builds.
